One of the most levelheaded members of the cast (though that's not saying much), Mav is actually an extraterrestrial from the planet Miruka, sent to Earth by his archnemesis Nightmare. When he arrived on Earth, he was taken by the evil Zeion Corporation and transformed into a nanobotic version of himself. He lost many of his memories, including his real name, but he gained increased stamina, eternal youth, and his sword, Narsil, which contains his own latent wind powers. Mav may seem like he's the only sane person in the comic, but between a fetish for hot sauce and a never-ending feud with Author, even he has his quirks. Mav has also been known to have a short temper, flying off the handle easily when things go out of line. Like Zoru, he has the ability to teleport and fly as well, but both usually forget this due to a contrived plot device by Author.
